No complaints have been received during the period 1/1/2025-31/1/25, the annual report reflects this. Firth Homes is satisfied that the complaints process is accessible and that there are no barriers to complaints being raised. Any Complaints and Service Requests will continue to be logged and reviewed at Quarterly Governance and Trustee meetings and decisions will be minuted.
